As soon as you find out you're pregnant
Register for Pampers Club, Similac Club, Enfamil Family Beginnings, and Nestle Baby & Me immediately. These are time-insensitive online sign-ups and the sooner you're on their mailing lists, the more coupons you receive throughout your pregnancy.

First trimester — set up your registries
Open your Amazon Baby Registry (private mode is fine) and start adding items. Set up Snuggle Bugz registry in parallel. These give guests a place to shop and unlock your completion discounts later.

Register for Huggies No Baby Unhugged (diapers ship around your due date). Visit Sobeys or Thrifty Foods pharmacy to claim free prenatal vitamins if you haven't already.

Don't mark freebie program emails as spam — that's where your coupons live. You can unsubscribe from marketing after receiving your samples. Brands like Enfamil and Nestle continue sending coupons for baby food as your child grows.
