Parks Canada Sites

Enjoy free admission to all national parks, national historic sites, and national marine conservation areas administered by Parks Canada. This includes iconic winter destinations like:

  • Jasper National Park (Alberta)
  • Riding Mountain National Park (Manitoba)
  • Prince Albert National Park (Saskatchewan)
  • Historic sites across all provinces and territories

Note: This does not include provincial, municipal, or private parks.

National Museums and Galleries

All national museums offer free admission for children and teens aged 17 and under, and 50% off admission fees for youth aged 18 to 24. Participating institutions include:

  • National Gallery of Canada (Ottawa)

  • Royal Ontario Museum (Toronto)

VIA Rail Travel

Children and youth aged 17 and under travel for free in Economy class when accompanied by an adult, while young adults aged 18 to 24 receive 25% off on Escape and Economy fares. This discount is valid on all VIA Rail routes across Canada.

✔️For VIA Rail

Book online, by phone, or at a VIA Rail station using discount code CANADAFAM for children 17 and under, or CANADA1824 for young adults aged 18-24.

Valid government ID is required for verification.
